HBL is located at the Chiyoda campus within Tokyo’s central business district. It is next to the Josui Hall (Hitotsubashi University’s alumni building) and footsteps from the Imperial Palace. It is within a few minutes walk from the Jinbocho subway station, accessible to four subway lines (Tozai, Hanzomon, Toei Mita and Toei Shinjuku), and about 15-20 minutes stroll from Tokyo Station.

HBL is located within the 22-story National Centre of Sciences Building, an intelligent office tower completed in April 2000. The 22-story building also houses the Hitotsubashi Auditorium, various organizations related to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, as well as a cafeteria and conference rooms.
