Former International Criminal Court judge, Judge Chang-ho Chung was invited to deliver a lecture titled 　　“The Future of the International Criminal Court (ICC): Reflections from 10 years at the ICC”. The event was co-hosted by Hitotsubashi University Global Legal Innovation Education and Research Center and Utsunomiya University. Drawing on his experience as counsel at the ICC, Judge Chung shared insights into his advocacy work there.
