Specialization Comparative Criminal Law
Message Comparative Criminal Law for me is not merely the comparison of “law” and “law” as two items placed side-by-side; it is also a “vertical” comparison of “law” and its relationship to each society. I think that it is precisely the inclusion of the latter into the comparison that truly comprises “comparative law.”
